Returns and Exchanges
Please contact Sierra Madre Collection at to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
 All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which will be issued for qualifying Returns or Exchanges. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment. Return shipping charges must be prepaid.

  • Damaged or modified parts, previously installed or altered parts
  • Custom and special order parts
  • Electrical parts
  • Special priced or clearance items
  • Used or discontinued parts
The RMA number must be included with your return and marked clearly on the outside of the package to ensure your claim is properly reviewed and your account credited. This is all true only if the return meets the above mentioned criteria. Returned merchandise must be labeled with the part number in the original packaging and be in perfect resalable and non-used condition within 30 days from the date of shipment. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee. Custom and Special Order items are not returnable.

Method of Payment
Cashier’s check, money orders, business or personal check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Cashier’s Check / Money Order / Personal or Business Check
This form of payment must be received prior to shipment of order. There will be a clearing period of 1 to 3 business days from the time we receive your check. Personal and Business checks will have a 7 to 14 business day clearing period. Packages will be shipped once tender is verified by the bank.

Listings Everything listed on our website is available, and all specifications and descriptions are current, as of the time of uploading. Special Orders/Clearance Items
These items are subject to minimum quantities and/or special handling charges. Special order/clearance items are sold on a non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, non-refundable basis. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sierra Madre Collection.

Custom Orders
Custom order items may be subject to additional charges pursuant to each individual order and have special handling charges. Custom order items are sold on a non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-returnable basis.
