Porsche Porsche built the 911 for rally duty early on. By the end of 1970, numerous victories in international rallying were enjoyed by the marque. The weapon of choice (till the fabled 911RS came along) was the model that came to be known as the 911ST. Starting with the standard body, after a couple seasons, rule changes allowed wider fenders and modifying the bumpers to suit. We offer you the “second” generation of the lightweight bumper used on the competition cars. The example shown here has custom slots fabricated into it. We supply you the bumper without these slots, but with the indentations below the face bar so you can cut these out and make them active for providing air to the oil cooler and brakes. Note that our mold is tailored so the part fits 911ST flares which differ slightly than turbo front flares. So there will be fitting needed whenever trying to match up our ST front bumper to the flares you have on your car.
