The rotor features a racing-developed curved vane design, acting as a centrifugal pump to efficiently force cooling air through the disc. The larger rotor mass provides greater heat dissipation, resulting in enhanced track performance, reduced brake fade, and prolonged brake component lifespan. These pins manage the load from braking forces while allowing axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured with grade 12 cap screws and hardened washers. To eliminate cold-start noise, anti-noise spring washers are integrated on the rotor side of the pins, allowing for thermal expansion while preventing the rattling typically associated with floating rotors. This float also enables the rotor to self-center between the brake pads for even wear.
