Looks great! Appears well made. Since backing is now plastic and not molded fiberboard it is a little thicker which required minimal use of Dremel tool with cutter bit to make the recesses molded into the back of the dash a little deeper so that brackets for dash support, air vents and lower valence under glovebox would fit better. Minimal work. If you find that you need to do the same I suggest doing so before installing the dash. Test fit parts on bench before installing in your car. 🙃 Since the dashboard is new and the vanilla hasn't experienced 40+ years of fading, you may find that you will want to color treat the glove box and the lower valance to match the new dashboard.
