Designed exclusively for racing, track events, and off-road use, Fabspeed's Long Tube Competition Race Headers with integrated Side Muffler Bypass Pipes are engineered to maximize the bolt-on horsepower and torque potential of the Porsche 991 GT3 / GT3 RS / 911 R engine. This is achieved by optimizing exhaust flow directly from the engine cylinders into the exhaust system. This system underwent meticulous design and incremental dyno development to maximize engine power throughout the entire powerband.

Through extensive research and development, Fabspeed has identified the optimal configuration to unlock the maximum performance and exhaust flow from these Porsche models. This system represents the pinnacle of race header design and engineering available worldwide for the 991 GT3 / GT3 RS / 911 R, developed in collaboration with racing engineers.

POWER:

These headers were developed to deliver significant power gains both independently and when paired with an ECU tune. While the hardware alone provides substantial improvements, its full potential is realized when combined with Fabspeed's proprietary tune. As tested on a GT3 RS, the Long Tube Competition Race Header System with ECU Tune adds 38 whp and 26 ft-lbs of torque at 7650 RPM. Notably, the system also provides significant mid-range gains of 24 whp and 28 ft-lbs of torque at 4500 RPM. Even without an ECU Tune, expect solid gains of 24 whp and 16 ft-lbs at 7650 RPM, and 23 whp and 26 ft-lbs at 4500 RPM. This Fabspeed Motorsport competition header system transforms any 991 GT3 into an exceptionally potent machine.

BURNS STAINLESS COLLECTORS:

The headers terminate with Burns Stainless Collectors, renowned for their ability to combine high flow and high velocity, effectively increasing and broadening the engine's torque curve. The decision to utilize Burns Stainless slip-on collectors was based on their superior design and unparalleled 30-year track record of proven performance in global motorsport competition.

  • The GT3 header system was engineered using Burns Stainless' proprietary X-design parametric engine/exhaust design computer program.
  • The interior is completely hand-finished to ensure proper flow and maximum power gains.

SIDE MUFFLER BYPASS PIPES W/ HELICAL VALVES:

  • Offers increased reliability, proven in racing and high-volume OEM applications.
  • Features high-temperature bearings at both ends of the butterfly spindle, including Inconel T625 stainless steel.
  • Utilizes a cast stainless steel valve body with stiffening ribs for ultimate durability and cooling.
