This premium, 100% silicone rubber acetoxy sealant is specifically formulated for automotive use. The aluminum-filled, low volatile formula cures into a tough, waterproof, and flexible rubber when exposed to air moisture. Ideal for space filling, bonding, and form-in-place gasketing, it provides long-term durability and reliable performance. This non-slump, paste-like sealant adheres strongly to clean metal, glass, most non-oily woods, other silicone resins, ceramics, and most painted and plastic surfaces.

Important Considerations:

• For Automotive Use Only.
• Contains HFC-152a (GWP = 124).
• Not recommended for surfaces that will be painted, as paint adhesion may be compromised. Paint surfaces before applying the sealant.
• Avoid use in totally confined areas, as atmospheric moisture is required for curing.
• Not recommended for use on or near sensitive metals like copper, brass, zinc, galvanized iron, or magnesium due to the release of acetic acid during curing, which can be corrosive, especially in confined spaces.
• Do not use on head gaskets.
