Complete Porsche timing chain tensioner update kit designed to convert the left and right sides of the engine to the latest-style oil pressure-fed chain tensioners. This upgrade provides a more modern and reliable tensioning system for applicable Porsche 911 engines.
Installation Notes
For 1973 and earlier engines, the right-side cam tower oil line requires an adapter to provide proper spacing and help prevent oil line breakage.
For 1968–1980 engines using the older-style chain wheel supports, two chain wheel support spacers are required for proper installation.
Replacement / Required Components:
- 930.105.509.00 – Left Chain Wheel Support
- 930.105.510.00 – Right Chain Wheel Support
- 930.105.513.00 – Spacer Bushing, Left & Right
Please verify the existing chain wheel support configuration before installation to determine whether additional spacers or updated supports are required.
