The Optional 300-1 Large 3" Die Package is a 6-piece add-on designed to extend the bending capabilities of BendPak pipe benders. Each die is engineered for precision, allowing perfect and uniform bends on large 3" tubing. Using BendPak's exclusive step-cut manufacturing process, the dies securely contain larger tubing, ensuring smooth bends. The tooling is crafted from solid steel and undergoes CNC machining, gas-carburizing, oil-quenching, and heat treatment for superior durability and hardness, meeting a minimum of 58 Rockwell. This package also enables expanding and flaring operations for maximum versatility.
