Throttle Valve System High ST Complete
The systems are available from stock for all engines with 2-hole mounting on the cylinder head (up to '89), as well as with intermediate flanges for the injection nozzles for the versions from '90 for 964 and 993 with 3-hole mounting on the head. The mounts for throttle valve potentiometers for operation on programmable, electronic injection systems, as well as the fuel rails and adapters to the cylinder head to accommodate the electronic injectors, are also available from stock. The RSR high throttle valve system is therefore compatible with the mechanical injection system, for which it was originally designed, as well as with all modern, electronic injection systems, without any changes to the system. This throttle valve system was installed at the factory on all 911 Carrera RSR 2.8, as well as partially on the 3.0 RSR (either flat slide or high throttle valve system) and on all 911 SC RS. The system, which unfortunately has not been available from the factory for a long time, has now been remanufactured by us as an authentic new production. All individual parts are compatible with the original parts, so that spare parts for original, old systems can also be supplied if required. The diameter of the throttle valves is 50 mm and the channel diameter at the cylinder head connection is either 38 mm or 43 mm. Due to the throttle valves located at the top, the flow values or the turbulence that calms down again in the course of the channel are superior to the throttle valves located at the bottom, which is reflected in the higher performance of the corresponding engine. Either black or red plastic funnels can be used. The length is either 125 mm or 145 mm. The funnels were originally used in a length of 145 mm and in black.
